Kebijakan Pengembalian


  • PUTIH BY DENTIST currently provides shipping within Indonesia area only. For customers in other countries, contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
  • We use JNE as our courier service, you can refer your shipping fee and time through Please note that shipping fees are based on the weight of the orders.
  • We will need 1-2 working days to organize your purchases (quality check, pack and dispatch) after your payment is confirmed.
  • All purchases that confirm payment before 4 PM (working days) will be shipped on the same day.
  • You will get an email notification once your order has been shipped, with its tracking number.
  • PUTIH BY DENTIST is not responsible for any risks of loss of the goods upon the delivery from the courier service. You can only refer to the tracking number we provide via email notification.
  • Customers are responsible if the courier service cannot deliver the goods on time due to some circumstances beyond our control (eg. incomplete address, no recipient at the address, the recipient reject the goods, etc.).
  • If the goods are returned to us, customers are responsible on the additional shipping fee/ taxes/ duties charged.
  • We do not ship on Sundays and public holiday.



  • Returns only accepted if the items are defected or customers received the incorrect items.
  • Returns are not valid if customers dislike the items in any reason.
  • All return items will be exchanged with the new one. Only if the item is out of stock, we will refund your money.
  • Return items must be unused and in new condition in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested to us maximum 2 days after items received and must be shipped back to us maximum 2 days after return confirmation.
  • The shipping fees for defect or incorrect items will be on PUTH BY DENTIST.
  • PUTH BY DENTIST will process the returns only when the items are following all above conditions, and have the right to not accept if customers fail to complete the determined time.
